Andy is a member of Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice, Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a professionally trained operator of the Intoxilyzer 5000, the machine currently in use to test individuals' breath for a drunk-driving charge. Andy received his bachelor degree from the University of Arizona and his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law.
