Andy is a member of Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice, Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also on the Panel that represents individuals charged with Federal crimes. Andy received his bachelor degree from the University of Arizona and graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law.
Andy has successfully argued before the Minnesota Supreme Court in State vs. Wiltgen, 737 N.W.2d 561 (2007), which stood for the premise that the State cannot use properly challenged but un-reviewed license revocation for enhancement to more serious charges.
